Monsoon flood summary

Water is lapping against the house because the banks had broken overnight.Her mother was gathering chothles so they could rush to the temple to be safe.The rice pot was getting swept away so she jump in and tried to grab it but it is to late she was getting swept away.She was trying to swim back but the river was going to fast.She thought her mother would be praying to lord Buddha to bring her home safely she began to scream" help help" but no answers.Suddenly she heard something a strange call.Atrumpting sound suddenly an elephant comes out of the trees.She began to call " over hear" but know answer the elephant raises it's trunk and trumpets loudly.She had a crazing idea that it wants to help her.I can tell it is a female because it dose not have tucks my father told me that elephants are used to carry old log that flooded in the river.The elephant made a rumbling sound she said  "she is not afraid".The elephant slowly raps her trunk around me and lefts me on to the her back.

Waiting waiting waiting that's all i was doing a million butterflies were floating in my lonely body.My teeth chattered with coldness happy pictures popped into my head that will hopefully came true.Finally the time has came to start my race.8 and 9 year old girls I heard over a loud speaker walking over to the marsealing area I felt super suspious about where i was going to get.I  stood on the shiny grey platform hopping that I will get first.As i looked at the water it looked like a fine piece of glass.

One your marks get  bzzzzzzz I was off like a blur of light swimming as fast as I could  every single bit of glass was suddenly braking .Every moment counts I kept saying in my head but it dosen't matter because I  have won.It felt like 100 years until I was told my time.23 senconds now that is a new record I said with joy.

Amazing raisins

Walking towards my opponents.My nerves crept higher and higher my legs were shaking and my stomach was fill of butterfly's.One your marks I am going to win this get set I am not going to came last Bang!.

I was off like a blur of light running as fast as I could hear the crowd roaring like elephants.My legs are the boss now.Getting closer and closer to the finish line that red glossy stick is going to be mine.Finally I am the finish line I tumbled over to get my victory stick.My legs were like sticks after the race a thought came to me is Auroa school going to win shield of not.

Finally the time has came to start the relay Siobhan starts then Ellie then me.I am so nerves I mumbled bang the gun went of with at tremendous roar.Siobhan spring off passing everyone keeping her hand down the bottom don't drop it I thought now Ellie then me I have to win this I could hear the crowd going wild I also heard my dad screaming Go katelyn Go.After the relay I went and got a sausage and a drink.Sitting down waiting to know how has won the shield And the winner is keeping our fingers crossed .....Auroa school we all leaded up with excitement.I hope we win the shield next year.

Athletics day!

Last week we had athletics day and...we won the shield.Everyone tride there best.I hope we win the shield next year!

Ready Set Go!

A row of statues filled the line my eyes were fixed  on the finish line.The nerves were pumping throw my body and nothing would stop them.I took at glance at my enemies out of the corner of my eye.On your marks get set Go said my tai the gun went of with a tremounds screech.I shoot  off like a rocket passing all my enemies one by one but there's just one left...Siobhan she is the fasted out of us al but I am not giving up.I was like a raging bull trying to pass here but... the race is over Siobhan has bet me.I am so glad that's over when is sat down my nerves were creeping away silence loomed the area.
